A Bespoke Home, Built Around Our Clients.

This new build in Whitefield began with a couple’s vision of creating their forever home. After purchasing the property, they wanted a bespoke house designed around their needs and the way they wanted to live.

Working closely with PJH Architecture, we helped refine the design before providing a full turnkey building service. First, we demolished the existing building to make way for the new home.

A key feature of the design is the level flooring, which connects the front garden, interior and rear garden. This creates a flowing layout that brings the indoor and outdoor spaces together.

From the initial demolition to the finished home, our work brought the agreed design to life. The clients were delighted with the result and have since recommended LCS Eco Build to friends and family.

Creating a Bespoke Home in Whitefield

The project started with the removal of the existing property, making space for a new home tailored to our clients. We worked with PJH Architecture to develop the design and delivered the building work through to completion.

A distinctive part of the finished home is the continuous floor level connecting the front garden, indoor rooms and rear garden. This helped bring the clients’ ideas for a connected living space into the completed design.
